2) Because this is a times league please keep time between point to 60 seconds max. Up to 45 seconds for the pulling team to give a hand and 15 seconds for the receiving team to indicate they are ready. To reinforce this If either of these times are missed either the pulling team can pull as soon as the time has elapsed or the receiving team can move to half field and collect the disc to start playing.
