Updated schedule, in-between-point timing

All,

1) I a lost and found. If players are looking for items please check with me.

2) Because this is a times league please keep time between point to 60 seconds max. Up to 45 seconds for the pulling team to give a hand and 15 seconds for the receiving team to indicate they are ready. To reinforce this If either of these times are missed either the pulling team can pull as soon as the time has elapsed or the receiving team can move to half field and collect the disc to start playing.

Rules for the Doug Miller Sports Dome:
No Food / Drink / Gum on the field. Please keep all bags and equipment off of the playing field.

Do not open the emergency exits unless there is an emergency: the inflated dome will deflate

No metal or large/deep spiked cleats (check football cleats in particular) are allowed. Normal soccer/ultimate cleats are encouraged.

Other items of note:
There will be two team waivers for each player to sign, one for GRADA one for the facility

If you are / will be hungry you can order Salvatore's (Pizza, etc.) and let them know when you want the food to be ready. (After the game, etc.)

Weather may be inclement (this is Rochester) the games will start on time 9:15PM/10:15PM. Please give yourself enough time to get to the fields.

2011 GRADA Winter Indoor BYOT Schedule

All league games will be held at the NEW LOCATION: The Doug Miller Sports Dome:
4618 Ridge Road West, Spencerport, NY 14559

Two full indoor (75yards x 35 yards) fields side by side, no nets, no wires, better games times, same cost.

This year we have room for 6 Open BYO Teams.
The game format will be slightly different than in the past. We will use the new
GRADA timers or Sportsdome timers to keep field time. The timers will be set to 29 minutes. Each half will be a 29 minute half and teams can start play when they are ready or when the timer reaches 25 minutes which ever comes first.
Each team will be allowed one timeout per GAME. Timeouts will NOT stop the
clock. Timeouts are limited to one minute each as based on the on field timers.

Format:
9 Weeks of play:
5 weeks round robin play
Reseed to play a seed stealing round (1vs3, 2vs4, 5vs6)
Start a 3 round playoff with seeds 1 and 2 getting a playoff bye and a game against the other high seed.

Games will be played Wednesday night at the sports dome ONLY.

buzzers) for winter league use.

Please use the new schedule. There were minor game time changes to even up early/late timeslot distribution.

The scoreboard on the Blue/West/Large field broke during week 1. Attempts will be made to fix it however we can not guarantee that it will be fixed by next week.

Please be sure to hand in all waivers / rosters before starting the second 25 minute half next week.

GRADA 2010 Winter Ultimate League Schedule

All The schedule for the 2010 GRADA winter ultimate league is below.

Rules clarifications:

1) Unless captains agree otherwise wires are out-of-bounds.

2) Unless captains agree otherwise play stops at the horn at the end of each half. (If the disc is in the air before the horn play continues until the disc stops spinning.) The exception to this is if there is a tie at the end of the game sudden-death play continues until the next point is scored. Modification to this rule for the West field (no visable clock) to allow the team in posession at the end of the half to complete their posession is a reasonable modification to the end of half rules.

clock. Timeouts are limited to one minute each.

7 weeks round robin play
Reseed to upper and a lower 4 team playoff brackets.

Games will be played Thursday night in Irondequoit ONLY.
